The visit
How a visit goes
For wallpapers and rugs one visit is usually enough: choice, quote, order. For curtains we book an on-site measurement after the meeting.

A 40–60 minute consultation
You see the samples in person: wallpapers, fabrics, rugs. We talk through the interior, the light and the budget — no rush.

Samples pulled for your project
Before you arrive we shortlist options for your brief. Samples can go home with you to be seen in your own light.
- 03
Quantity and price
We work out rolls or metres from your measurements and give you the price on the spot.
- 04
Ordered from the factory
We place the order directly with the factory and follow the delivery. The lead time is named with the quote — it depends on the collection.
