Personal Data Processing Policy
Short and plain: what data we receive when you contact us through the site, why we need it, where it is kept and how to have it deleted. The policy follows the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Its Protection”.
What data we collect
When you send the form on the site, we receive your name, phone number and a comment if you wrote one. The page the request was sent from and the site language are saved with it, so we know which design or service you mean.
Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed — is collected only if analytics is enabled on the site. It is not linked to your name or phone number.
If you write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we see what the messenger shows: the number or account name and the text of the message.
Why we need it
We use the data for three purposes: to answer your request, to book a visit to the showroom and to prepare a quote for the materials you chose.
We do not send newsletters and do not use the data for advertising without separate consent.
Legal basis
The basis is your consent. You give it when you tick “I agree to the processing of my data” and send the form. The form is not sent without consent.
Contacting us on WhatsApp or Instagram counts as consent to process your contact details and the text of the message so that we can reply.
Where the data is processed
Requests from the site go to TENNET CRM, the system where our managers handle enquiries and bookings. The site and the database are hosted on servers in Kazakhstan.
Conversations on WhatsApp and Instagram are stored in those services under their own rules. We copy to the CRM only what is needed to handle the request: name, phone number and the gist of the question.
How long we keep it
The data is kept until the purpose is met: the request is closed, the visit has taken place, the quote has been sent. After that, no longer than three years, so we can return to the project if you contact us again.
If you withdraw consent, we delete the data sooner — within ten working days of the request.
Who we share it with
The data is seen only by the showroom staff working on your request and by the CRM provider, as a technical platform with no right to use the data for its own purposes.
The messengers you used to contact us receive data under their own rules. We do not sell data and do not pass it to advertising networks or any other third parties.
Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, no reason needed.
To exercise your rights, write to us on WhatsApp or call — the contacts are below. We reply within ten working days. For deletion we will ask you to name the phone number used in the request.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no marketing or advertising cookies. Technical cookies are used only to make the site work — for example, to remember the chosen language.
If analytics is enabled on the site, it collects anonymised visit statistics: which pages are opened and from which devices. This data is not matched with requests.
The contacts page embeds a 2GIS map (makemap.2gis.ru): when it loads, your browser talks to 2GIS servers under their rules; we do not use that data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our processes or the law change. The revision date is shown at the top of the page. Changes do not apply retroactively: data received earlier is processed under the previous rules or with new consent.
